1:- Open your paypal account , click on link bank , a page will open and it will asked for account and routing number. Now open US payment sevice page of your payoneer account . You will see an image of a check , which contain account and routing number. Give these numbers in paypal page , Then wait for three days , paypal will send you two payment to your payoneer account. After receiving that payment , open paypal account and give these two payments for confirmation. IN this way your bank account will link with paypal and now you will be able to receive payments from paypal.
2:-By direct linking you payoneer master card, but your card must contain a balance of 3-5$.
